티피태피(이하 "운영자")는 Spoilring 앱 서비스(이하 "서비스") 제공을 위해 아래와 같은 목적으로 개인정보를 처리합니다.

위 항목 외에 위치, 카메라, 마이크, 광고 식별자, 행동 추적 데이터는 수집하지 않습니다.
모든 데이터는 사용자의 기기에 암호화된 로컬 데이터베이스로 저장됩니다. 운영자의 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
사용자가 설정에서 iCloud 동기화를 직접 활성화한 경우에 한해, Apple의 CloudKit 인프라를 통해 사용자의 다른 기기와 동기화됩니다. Apple의 암호화 정책이 적용되며, 운영자는 해당 데이터에 접근할 수 없습니다.
앱은 클립보드에서 전화번호 형식의 텍스트를 감지하여 빠른 등록을 제안할 수 있습니다. 이 기능은 설정에서 끌 수 있으며, 클립보드 내용은 기기 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
운영자는 사용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 단, 아래의 경우는 사용자가 직접 선택한 Apple 서비스 경유이므로 제3자 제공에 해당하지 않습니다.
운영자는 현재 개인정보 처리를 외부 업체에 위탁하지 않습니다.
사용자는 언제든지 다음 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.
앱을 삭제하면 기기 내 모든 데이터가 함께 삭제됩니다. iCloud 동기화를 사용한 경우, Apple 계정 설정에서 iCloud Drive 내 Spoilring 데이터를 추가로 삭제할 수 있습니다. 운영자가 보유하는 서버 데이터는 없습니다.
운영자는 사용자 프로파일링이나 자동화된 의사결정을 수행하지 않습니다.

개인정보 관련 문의는 위 이메일로 연락주시면 영업일 기준 3일 이내 답변드립니다.
본 방침이 변경되는 경우, 앱 업데이트 릴리즈 노트 및 본 페이지를 통해 사전 공지합니다. 중요한 변경(수집 항목 추가, 제3자 제공 신규 등)은 시행일 최소 7일 전에 고지합니다.
TippyTappy (the "Operator") processes personal information solely to provide the Spoilring app service, including:

We do not collect location, camera, microphone, advertising identifier, or behavioral tracking data.
All data is stored in an encrypted local database on your device. It is never transmitted to the Operator's servers.
If you explicitly enable iCloud Sync in Settings, data is synced across your devices through Apple's CloudKit infrastructure. Apple's encryption policies apply; the Operator cannot access this data.
The app may detect a phone number format in your clipboard and suggest quick registration. This feature can be turned off in Settings. Clipboard contents are never sent outside your device.
The Operator does not share your personal information with third parties. The following Apple services are used only when you choose to engage them:
The Operator does not delegate personal information processing to any external service provider.
You may exercise the following rights at any time:
Deleting the app removes all locally stored data. If you used iCloud sync, you can additionally delete Spoilring data from your Apple account's iCloud Drive settings. The Operator holds no server-side copies of your data.
The Operator does not perform profiling or automated decision-making based on your data.

If this policy changes, we will notify you via app update release notes and this page. Material changes (new data types collected, new third-party sharing, etc.) will be announced at least 7 days before taking effect.
