티피태피(이하 "운영자")는 Spoilring 앱 서비스(이하 "서비스") 제공을 위해 아래와 같은 목적으로 개인정보를 처리합니다.

※ 삭제한 번호는 휴지통으로 이동하여 14일간 보관된 후 자동으로 영구 삭제됩니다(휴지통에서 즉시 영구 삭제 가능). 만료일을 지정한 번호는 만료일이 지나면 휴지통으로 이동합니다.
위 항목 외에 위치, 카메라, 마이크, 광고 식별자, 행동 추적 데이터는 수집하지 않습니다.
모든 데이터는 사용자의 기기에 암호화된 로컬 데이터베이스로 저장됩니다. 운영자의 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
iCloud에 로그인된 기기에서는 iCloud 동기화가 기본으로 켜져 있으며, Apple의 CloudKit 인프라를 통해 사용자의 다른 기기와 동기화됩니다. 동기화된 데이터는 사용자 본인의 iCloud 개인 저장소에 저장되고 Apple의 암호화 정책이 적용되며, 운영자는 해당 데이터에 접근할 수 없습니다. 앱의 설정 › iCloud 동기화에서 언제든 끌 수 있습니다.
앱 실행 시 최신 버전 여부를 확인하기 위해 Apple App Store에 앱 식별자(번들 ID)만으로 버전 정보를 조회합니다. 이 과정에서 사용자의 개인정보는 전송되지 않습니다.
앱은 클립보드에서 전화번호 형식의 텍스트 또는 복사한 연락처를 감지하여 빠른 등록을 제안할 수 있습니다. 이 기능은 설정에서 끌 수 있으며, 클립보드 내용은 기기 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
사용자가 '기존 연락처 불러오기'를 선택한 경우에만, 사용자가 고른 연락처의 이름·전화번호·회사명·이메일·생일·주소·메모를 읽어 앱에 저장합니다. '연락처에 저장'을 선택하면 해당 번호를 iPhone 연락처에 추가합니다. 연락처 정보는 운영자에게 전송되지 않으며, iOS 설정에서 연락처 접근 권한을 언제든 철회할 수 있습니다.
사용자가 다른 앱에서 연락처나 텍스트를 Spoilring으로 공유하면, 그 안의 이름·전화번호·텍스트를 등록 화면에 채워 넣습니다. 사용자가 저장하기 전에는 등록되지 않으며, 공유된 내용은 운영자에게 전송되지 않습니다.
운영자는 사용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 단, 아래의 경우는 사용자가 직접 선택한 Apple 서비스 경유이므로 제3자 제공에 해당하지 않습니다.
운영자는 현재 개인정보 처리를 외부 업체에 위탁하지 않습니다.
사용자는 언제든지 다음 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.
앱에서 삭제한 번호는 휴지통에 14일간 보관된 후 자동으로 영구 삭제되며, 휴지통에서 즉시 영구 삭제할 수도 있습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 기기 내 데이터가 함께 삭제됩니다. iCloud 동기화를 사용한 경우, iPhone 설정 › [사용자 이름] › iCloud › 저장 공간 관리 › Spoilring에서 iCloud에 저장된 데이터를 추가로 삭제할 수 있습니다. 운영자가 보유하는 서버 데이터는 없습니다.
운영자는 사용자 프로파일링이나 자동화된 의사결정을 수행하지 않습니다.

개인정보 관련 문의는 위 이메일로 연락주시면 영업일 기준 3일 이내 답변드립니다.
본 방침이 변경되는 경우, 앱 업데이트 릴리즈 노트 또는 본 페이지를 통해 사전 공지합니다. 중요한 변경(수집 항목 추가, 제3자 제공 신규 등)은 시행일 최소 7일 전에 고지합니다.
TippyTappy (the "Operator") processes personal information solely to provide the Spoilring app service, including:

* Deleted numbers are moved to the Trash, kept for 14 days, then permanently deleted automatically (you can also delete them permanently from the Trash right away). Numbers with an expiration date are moved to the Trash once that date passes.
We do not collect location, camera, microphone, advertising identifier, or behavioral tracking data.
All data is stored in an encrypted local database on your device. It is never transmitted to the Operator's servers.
On devices signed in to iCloud, iCloud Sync is on by default and syncs your data across your devices through Apple's CloudKit infrastructure. Synced data is stored in your own private iCloud storage under Apple's encryption policies; the Operator cannot access it. You can turn it off at any time in the app's Settings › iCloud Sync.
When the app launches, it asks the Apple App Store for the latest version using only the app identifier (bundle ID). No personal information is sent.
The app may detect a phone number or a copied contact in your clipboard and suggest quick registration. This feature can be turned off in Settings. Clipboard contents are never sent outside your device.
Only when you choose "Import existing contacts", the app reads the name, phone number, company, email, birthday, address and notes of the contacts you select and saves them in the app. If you choose "Save to Contacts", the app adds that number to your iPhone Contacts. Contact information is never sent to the Operator, and you can revoke Contacts access at any time in iOS Settings.
When you share a contact or text from another app to Spoilring, the app fills the name, phone number and text into the add screen. Nothing is registered until you save it, and shared content is never sent to the Operator.
The Operator does not share your personal information with third parties. The following Apple services are used only when you choose to engage them:
The Operator does not delegate personal information processing to any external service provider.
You may exercise the following rights at any time:
Numbers you delete in the app are kept in the Trash for 14 days and then permanently deleted automatically; you can also delete them permanently from the Trash right away. Deleting the app removes locally stored data. If you used iCloud sync, you can additionally delete Spoilring data stored in iCloud in iPhone Settings › [your name] › iCloud › Manage Storage › Spoilring. The Operator holds no server-side copies of your data.
The Operator does not perform profiling or automated decision-making based on your data.
